About Ryan

Ryan supports the Knowledge Translation (KT) team within the J-9 office at the Defense Health Agency (DHA). As a technical writer, Ryan helps develop presentations, communications plans, talking points, infographics, and training materials.

Prior to his time at Ward Circle, Ryan canvassed and staffed fundraisers for Antonio Delgado’s campaign in NY-19, helping him defeat the incumbent congressman.

Ryan graduated from Boston College in 2018 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in International Studies.
