Rahul is a graduate of Connecticut College (’20) where he majored in Government and International Relations. Before joining Ward Circle in July, Rahul was fortunate enough to gain experience on Capitol Hill where he interned for Rep. Raskin last winter. Prior to his time on Capitol Hill, Rahul interned for the United Nations in the summer of 2019 in New York City. He spent his time working for the direct team of Assistant Secretary-General, Luis Felipe Lopez-Calva. During his time at Ward Circle, Rahul has already assisted on contracts involving NACVSO and DOD. Additionally, Rahul was also a four-year member of the Men’s water polo team during his time at Connecticut College. In his spare time, Rahul volunteers as a coach for Capital Water Polo club in the D.C. area.
