Dominique Dreux analyzes and develops quantitative and qualitative Manpower requirements for large governmental health agencies to help achieve organizational structure efficiencies and increase resource utilization. He also provides instructional assessment training development for incoming project analysts.
Prior to joining Ward Circle Strategies, Dominique was a Continuous Improvement & Safety Coordinator for TransChicago Trucking Dealership Group, where he helped determine root cause of failures within the organization’s Express Assessments metrics, trained employees on continuous safety regulations and guidelines, performed routine inspections and assured that the company maintained its “Elite Support” status by implementing bi-weekly audits.
Dominique received his B. S. Degree in Computer Information Systems Management (CISM), from Purdue University in 2017, while working as a Student Associate in the Office of Student Enrollment Services.
He is currently a Graduate Student at Purdue University Global, where he is obtaining a Master of Science (MS) in Cybersecurity.

- I love turtles. I have a pet turtle that I’ve had for over 20 years. He’s almost 40 now.
- I really enjoy doing hands-on DIY projects. IKEA is one of my favorite places to shop for new ideas.
