About Baba

Baba Haidara is a DMV native as he was born and raised just outside of DC in Potomac, MD. Baba is a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology. During his time as an undergraduate, Baba served as the Vice President of the Team Handball Club and took part in various clubs such as the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and the Robotics Club. He hopes to bring the same level of contribution, leadership, and positivity to the Ward Circle Strategies team.

Baba has joined the Ward Circle team as an associate and will be supporting the VHA Manpower Management project.

Outside of work, Baba enjoys spending his time being active. Whether it’s at the gym or an outdoor activity, such as soccer, kayaking or hiking, being active is always a go to method to clear his head. In addition, he likes to spend his spare time with friends and explore new places around the DMV area, so if anyone has suggestions, be sure to let him know. He also hopes to find time to travel to new states within the US as well as other countries around the world.

Baba values his professional and personal growth and is excited to have the opportunity to do so with the Ward Circle Strategies team. He looks forward to having a lasting impact and being a valuable member of the team.

• Baba is a fluent French speaker and attended an international French school from 1st to 7th grade.
• Baba lived in Senegal for 2 years as a child.
• Baba is a massive DC sports fan (Wizards, Commanders, Caps, Nats), however, for soccer he supports Chealsea from the English Premier League.
