Tracy brings a breadth of health policy experience and knowledge from state, federal and international levels to Ward Circle Strategies. She has broad experience with quality and patient safety principles and processes for sustaining change and a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.

Tracy has a successful track record of building collaborative working relationships with executive leadership and patient safety organizations within and outside government – influencing a culture of continuous quality improvement; convening workshops focusing on topical quality improvement initiatives and developing educational tools and resources to share patient safety issues and best practices.

Throughout her career, Tracy has led and managed clinical governance reviews in a variety of heath care settings; drafted and effected regulations and developed, directed, and advocated for various health policy initiatives.

Tracy holds a JD with a concentration in health law from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, a Master of Health Services Administration with a concentration in health policy from The George Washington University and a BS in nutrition from the University of Maine.
