As a member of the strategic communications team, Meaghan develops comprehensive communications solutions to advance the work and mission of our clients, focusing primary in the government health sector. She is responsible for measuring best practices for continued growth and success through conducting in-depth performance analyses. She plans and executes both short and long-term realignment strategies and partnerships to stimulate results for both organizations and senior leaders.

Meaghan is also committed to assisting our clients with their rebranding goals by leading in their development of innovative plans for online content management (including social media and other tools for public distribution). Additionally, she provides counsel to the organization heads and development staff through business reporting and presentations.

Meaghan brings a wide range of experience in communications and policy to Ward Circle Strategies, both in the public and non-profit sectors. She most recently gained experience at the United States House of Representatives, where she worked in the office of Congressman G. K. Butterfield (NC-01). In this role, she provided administrative and research assistance on various initiatives.

Meaghan is licensed to the practice of law in the state of Maryland. She earned her JD from Howard University School of Law, where she served as president of the Black Law Student Association and the captain of the award-winning International Moot Court Team. She double-majored in Communications and Psychology at North Carolina State University, where she graduated with honors.
